How Mobile Alarm Response Works:
When your alarm is activated, a Priority Security Services security patrol officer will be dispatched to your establishment.
The mobile response officer will conduct an investigation in the alarm area then determine the next course of action:
- If the alarm is a confirmed false alarm, the officer will reset the alarm.
- If any breaks or other criminal activity is found, the officer will notify the authorities
All incidents, whether false or confirmed alarms, will be documented by the mobile response security officer as a detailed report
